Document a story using a digital camera and present your final edited images as per the criteria. You will be required to shoot RAW for this assignment, as we want to ensure that you are fully conversant with RAW conversion of files in Photoshop. Moreover, you will be using the Adobe 1998 colour space setting on your camera too- as we also want to check that you are able to understand colour space settings and applications.
Cheltenham College has been educating young people since 1841. Bestowed with stunning buildings, inspirational teachers and a warm, dynamic community from the age of 3 right through to 18, it is one of the country’s leading co-educational independent schools. Cheltenham College Junior School (CCJS) is a 3 to 13 co-educational day and boarding school and is where I want to base my stories assignment. However I want to focus on two boys in particular- the sons of the boarding house parents, Jim and Mel Walton. They do not attend Cheltenham Collage themselves but live in the barding house with their parents and the rest of the children there which means they “are spoilt rotten by their “big brothers and sisters” in the boarding house”. I want to document what it’s like for two young boys growing up in an unconventional house with an extremely “far from the norm” extended family.
